Refund Policy
At Western Spectacular, we strive to provide an outstanding experience for our attendees. Please review our refund policy below regarding ticket purchases:
1. General Policy All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Event Cancellation: If Western Spectacular cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund within a specified period.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.
3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided for:

No-shows or failure to attend the event.

Changes in personal circumstances preventing attendance.
4. Transfer Policy If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our support team for assistance with ticket transfers.
